Giorgi Demetrashvili
For over 16 years, photography has been my professional pursuit — yet, for me, it’s far more than just a job. Since 2012, I have been an Official Fujifilm Ambassador, X-Photographer & Content Creator for Brands. To many, I am simply known as “Gio Fujifilm.”
I believe there is no such thing as a “difficult” genre. I work wherever there is light, emotion, and a story. The diversity of genres gives me the freedom to see the world from a new perspective every single time. I believe that every person, product, or place is unique and beautiful in its own way.
Through my vision, I strive to capture that beauty and emotion in every frame. In my work, I look for more than just an image; I seek the moment that will bring back the exact same emotion years later.
I am based in Tbilisi, Georgia, but I am always ready to travel and shoot in other locations. I am fluent in three languages—English, Russian, and, of course, Georgian — ensuring smooth and comfortable communication regardless of the setting.

EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY
My workflow is built around the Fujifilm X-series system — cameras renowned for their unique color science and cinematic output.
Light is my primary tool. While I specialize in working with Natural Light to maintain an authentic and soulful feel, I utilize a variety of advanced lighting solutions to craft the perfect atmosphere:
- Reflectors — To refine natural light and balance shadows.
- RGB Lighting — To add creative character and dynamic color accents to the scene.
- Continuous Lighting — For precise control in video production and studio portraits.
- Flash Photography — Used selectively for sharp, high-impact imagery.

My goal is to capture what is often invisible to the naked eye: genuine emotions, fleeting feelings, and the stories that live within each frame. I don’t just look for a beautiful image—I look for authenticity. I want my work to evoke the exact same feelings years later as you felt in the very moment the photo was taken.
